乙胺碘呋酮(Amiodarone)系苯呋喃衍生物,治疗心律失常,疗效最高可达90%以上。其治疗量(5～10mg/kg)与致死量(>5g/kg)的差距虽然很大,但它的半衰期较长,约为13～60天,有应用该药后发生副反应而死亡的报道。因此,尽早识别及处理实属重要。近三年来,本科用国产乙胺碘呋酮(上海黄河制药厂产品)治疗心律失常患者40例,疗效达87％,出现副反应11例(占27.5％)。现报道如下。
