利用聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)压电薄膜的柔性特点和压电敏感特性,设计并构建了基于LabVIEW的PVDF触滑觉识别系统,该系统由传感器,信号采集模块及LabVIEW信号处理显示3个模块组成。该文分别设计了触、滑觉传感器、信号调理电路及LabVIEW人机对话窗口,并进行了触、滑觉识别实验。实验结果表明,该系统能灵敏、准确的识别触觉和滑觉。
Based on the flexible and piezosensitive properties of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) piezoelectric film, a PVDF touch recognition system based on LabVIEW is designed and built. The system consists of three sensors, a signal acquisition module and a LabVIEW signal processing module Module composition. In this paper, the touch and slide sensor, signal conditioning circuit and LabVIEW man-machine dialogue window are designed respectively, and experiments of touch and gliding recognition are carried out. Experimental results show that the system can sensitively and accurately recognize the sense of touch and gliding.
