每年大学生毕业,我们都会遇到一个不大不小的难题:一些毕业生党员由于没有就业,或就职单位没有建立党组织,只能把组织关系暂存在学校。往年,他们都被编入学生党支部。由于这些同学不在学校,参加组织生活很不方便。如果毕业生党员不能正常参加组织生活,就会影响党组织对他们的管理教育,也会影响他们自身的政治成长。我们曾有一名从外校考入的研究生,他是在大学四年级入的党,毕业后的一年在家准备考研,没有回校参加组织生活,也没有按时交纳党费。根据党章有关规定,他
Every year college graduates, we will encounter a modest problem: some graduate party members have no employment, or employment units did not establish a party organization, only the temporary organization of the relationship in the school.
