20世纪20-30年代,日本“蒙古浪人”笹目恒雄曾在内蒙古东西部以及中国西北地区活动。从呼伦贝尔等地前后将30余名蒙古青少年带到日本留学;与德王等蒙古上层人士交往密切;并潜往西北青海“旅行”。笹目在其回忆录中称这些都是作为“蒙古浪人”的个人行为,与当时的日本军部、政府无关。但作者最近在日本外务省外交史料馆等机构,发现了笹目上述行为与日本军部、外务省密切相关的重要史料,考证出其在回忆录中的隐瞒、曲笔;证实了其特务间谍身份。
From the 1920s to the 1930s, Japan’s “Mongolian ronin” Han Shih-hsiung was active in eastern and western Inner Mongolia and northwestern China. From Hulun Buir and other places before and after more than 30 Mongolian youth to Japan to study; and King de Mongolian upper class close contacts; and northwest Qinghai “travel ”. His Holiness said in his memoirs that these are personal acts as the “Mongolian ronin” and have nothing to do with the Japanese military and government at that time. However, recently, the author found important historical materials that are closely related to the Japanese military and foreign affairs departments at the Japanese Foreign Ministry’s Foreign Affairs Historical Archives and other institutions, and verified their concealment and testimony in memoirs.
