为探讨中华蟾蜍(Bufo bufo gargarizans)原始梨状区神经元自发电活动的胚后发育,我们应用微电极电生理技术,对中华蟾蜍胚后原始梨状区神经元的自发放电活动进行在体胞外记录。结果显示,随着原始梨状区的发育,单个放电、簇状放电逐渐增多;放电幅度增高,在变态完成期达最大;放电频率在成体期达最大。表明神经元的兴奋性提高,神经元电活动形式逐渐呈现多样化。
To investigate the post-embryonic development of spontaneous electrical activity in primitive prickly-ness neurons of Bufo bufo gargarizans, we used the microelectrode electrophysiological technique to study the spontaneous firing activity of primitive piriform neurons in Bufo bufo gargarizans in vitro External records. The results showed that with the development of primitive pear-shaped zone, the number of cluster discharge increased gradually with single discharge; the discharge amplitude increased and reached its maximum at the metamorphosis stage; and the discharge frequency reached its maximum at adult stage. It shows that the excitability of neurons is increased, and the forms of electrical activity of neurons are gradually diversified.
