党的十四大以来,我们在宣传文化战线上取得了一系列进展;进一步理清了发展思路,明确了目标,建立健全了有关规章制度并将其纳入法制化的轨道,宣传文化事业充满了生机与活力,出现了一批社会和经济效益都好、为人民群众喜闻乐见的精神产品。几年来,我们的工作之所以取得这样的成绩,一条重要的经验就是加强了宣传文化事业的宏观管理,这是把经济工作宏观调控办法运用到宣传文化工作中的一条成功经验。
