目的：探讨准分子激光屈光性角膜手术后伴发眼底改变的性质。方法：通过对ＰＲＫ术和ＬＡＳＩＫ术后发生眼底改变的病例进行随诊观察。结果：ＰＲＫ术后３／６８３４（０．０４％）发生黄斑部视网膜下出血，２／６８３４（０．０３％）发生孔源性视网膜脱离；ＬＡＳＩＫ术后８／８４３（０．９５％）发生眼底出血，１／８４３（０．１２％）发生孔源性视网膜脱离。１６只眼中，１１只眼发生眼底改变的时间均在术后１～２个月间。结论：目前尚难以作出此为手术的并发症的肯定或否定的回答，有待更多的资料方能明确。准分子激光屈光性角膜手术后对眼底可能发生的改变予以足够的重视是十分重要的
Objective: To investigate the properties of fundus changes after excimer laser refractive corneal surgery. Methods: The cases of fundus changes after PRK and LASIK were followed up. RESULTS: Macular subretinal hemorrhage occurred 3/6834 (0.04%) after PRK, and rhegmatogenous retinal detachment occurred at 2/6834 (0.03%). 8/843 (0.95%) occurred after LASIK Fundus hemorrhage, 1/843 (0.12%) of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment occurred. In 16 eyes, the time of fundus change in 11 eyes was between 1 and 2 months after operation. Conclusion: It is still difficult to make this affirmative or negative answer to the complications of surgery, until more information can be made clear. It is important to pay sufficient attention to possible changes in the fundus after excimer laser refractive corneal surgery
