【目的】研究额尔齐斯河(中国段)江鳕寄生虫的种类组成及感染情况。【方法】2009~2014年,选取多个采样点,按照鱼类寄生虫调查方法,剖检江鳕120尾,采集、保存及鉴定寄生虫种类,统计及分析寄生虫的感染率、感染强度等流行病学指标及种间关系。【结果】发现寄生虫11种,分别为筒形杯体虫(Apiosoma cylindriformis)、车轮虫(Trichodina sp.)、多子小瓜虫(Ichthyophthirius multifiliis)、鲤斜管虫(Chilodonella cyprini)、江鳕三代虫(Gyrodactylus lotae)、冠状扇盘吸虫(Rhipidocotyle coronatun)、默氏复口吸虫(Diplostomum mergi)、鱊头槽绦虫(Bothriocephalus acheilognathi)、线虫(Nematoda sp.)、福海泡吻棘头虫(Pomphorhynchus fuhaiensis)、西氏鳋(Ergasilus sieboldi),隶属于5门,8纲,10目,11科,11属。筒形杯体虫(鳃、体表)和车轮虫(鳃、体表)、筒形杯体虫(鳃、体表)和默氏复口吸虫(眼球)、车轮虫(鳃、体表)和江鳕三代虫(鳃、体表)、多子小瓜虫(鳃)和江鳕三代虫(鳃、体表)、线虫(消化道)和福海泡吻棘头虫(消化道)存在显著的正协调关系。【结论】额尔齐斯河(中国段)江鳕的寄生虫种类较为丰富,其中眼内寄生的默氏复口吸虫感染情况最为严重,感染率78.33%,感染强度1~72,优势度指数0.78,是江鳕寄生虫群落中的优势种;消化道内寄生的线虫感染情况次之,感染率29.17%,感染强度1~114。在人工大规模养殖江鳕的过程中,应加强寄生虫病害的防控。
【Objective】 To investigate the species composition and infection of parasites in the Irtysh River (China section). 【Method】 From 2009 to 2014, a number of sampling points were selected. According to the investigation method of fish parasites, 120 filipina was dissected, the types of parasites were collected, preserved and identified. The parasitic infection rate and infection intensity were calculated and analyzed Epidemiological indices and interspecies relationships. 【Result】 Eleven species of parasites were found, including Apiosoma cylindriformis, Trichodina sp., Ichthyophthirius multifiliis, Chilodonella cyprini, Gyrodactylus lotae, Rhipidocotyle coronatun, Diplostomum mergi, Bothriocephalus acheilognathi, Nematoda sp., Pomphorhynchus Fuhaiensis, Ergasilus sieboldi, belonging to 5 orders, 8 orders, 10 orders, 11 families and 11 genera. Cylindrical cup beetles (gills, body surface) and carnivores (gills, body surface), tubular cup beetles (gills, body surface) (Gill, body surface), multi-gourd (gill), and three gilts of gourd (gill, body surface), nematodes (digestive tract) The positive coordination relationship. 【Conclusion】 There are abundant parasites in the Irkes River (China section), of which the infective rate is 78.33%, the infection intensity is 1 ~ 72, the dominance index 0.78, which is the dominant species in the parasitoid community. The parasitic nematode infection in the digestive tract was the second, with the infection rate of 29.17% and the infection intensity of 1 ~ 114. In the process of artificial breeding of cod, the prevention and control of parasitic diseases should be strengthened.
