春节是中国人最重视的传统节日,每逢佳节,为了讨一个“连年有余”(莲年有鱼)的口彩,中国人的餐桌上都少不了营养丰富、 味道鲜美的鱼。可惜,近年来,随着食品 安全问题的日益凸现,鱼的吉祥面目、鲜 美味道越来越可疑了。 在刚刚过去的一年里,就发生了多起因吃鱼而危及人们生命和健康的事件。
Chinese New Year is the most important traditional festival for Chinese people. Every festive season, in order to find a “catch up after more than one year” (lotus year with fish), Chinese people have unavoidably nutritious and delicious fish on their tables. Unfortunately, in recent years, with the increasing prominence of food safety issues, the auspicious face of fish has become more suspicious of its delicious taste. In the recent past year, there have been many incidents that endanger people’s lives and health due to eating fish.
