目的 :研究甲状腺正常组织的介电特性,为电阻抗扫描技术用于检测碘致甲状腺疾病提供理论依据。方法 :从135例刚手术离体的甲状腺组织中分离正常组织95例,利用阻抗分析仪Solartron 1294、Solartron1260和Agilent4294测量组织10 Hz~100 MHz的介电特性,通过建立数学模型等手段获得甲状腺正常组织的电导率、阻抗虚部、Cole曲线等参数。结果:在所测频率范围内,甲状腺正常组织的介电特性反应良好,电导率为0.28~0.8 S/m,第一特征频率主要分布在104~105 Hz,该频率对应的虚部值为-38~-60Ω·cm。结论:介电特性可以反映甲状腺功能信息,提示电阻抗扫描技术有望用于碘致甲状腺疾病检测领域。
Objective: To study the dielectric properties of normal thyroid tissue and provide a theoretical basis for the detection of iodine-induced thyroid disease by electrical impedance scanning. Methods: Ninety-five cases of normal thyroid tissue were isolated from 135 cases of thyroid surgery. The dielectric properties of 10-100 MHz tissue were measured by impedance analyzer Solartron 1294, Solartron 1260 and Agilent 4294, and the normal thyroid tissues were obtained by establishing mathematical models Tissue conductivity, imaginary impedance, Cole curve and other parameters. Results: Within the measured frequency range, the normal thyroid tissue had good dielectric properties with conductivity of 0.28-0.8 S / m, the first characteristic frequency mainly distributed in 104-105 Hz, and the imaginary part value corresponding to this frequency was - 38 ~ -60Ω · cm. Conclusion: Dielectric properties can reflect the information of thyroid function, suggesting that the electric impedance scanning technique is expected to be used in the field of iodine-induced thyroid disease detection.
