铁骨素是广为栽培的名优素心建兰品种之一。叶斜立挺直,窄而沟深,花开3～5朵,浅白色,香气清雅。它虽抗逆性强,发芽率高,易栽种,但却因喜群居而不能多分株,而且不易开花。这的确是它的特性。不过有没有外在条件,能促使这些内在因素发生改变呢?笔者莳养了数十盆铁骨素,近几年带着促其开花的想法,留心观察、试验,发现以下一些条件对开花有促进作用。
