随着我国法治社会建设进程的推进,学界近年来对城市农民工利益抗争问题日益关注,却鲜少涉及与该群体利益抗争过程相伴共生的农民工利益分化与均衡现象。通过对上海市X公司后厨打工者集体涨工资事件的过程追踪,发现不利处境中的底层打工者更倾向于习得“补偿式”日常抗争方式,中、上层打工者更擅长于在雇主、底层打工者及自我利益之间进行均衡协调,各方对利益问题的敏锐感知造就了一场心照不宣的集体抗争,这对理解中国不同层级打工者之间利益的分化与合作并进一步探究利益表达视阈下农民工抗争行为的对策转向等相关问题颇有启迪。
With the progress of the construction of rule of law in our country society, the academic circles pay more and more attention to the interest protections of urban migrant workers in recent years, but seldom deal with the differentiation and balance of interests of migrant workers with the symbiosis of interest protections of these groups. Through tracking the process of the collective wage rise event of chef workers in Shanghai X Company, we found that the bottom migrant workers in disadvantaged situations are more likely to acquire the daily compensatory mode of “compensation”, and the middle and top migrant workers are better at Employers, workers at the lowest levels and self-interests. The acute perception by all parties about the issue of interest has created a tacit collective protest. This is of great importance in understanding the differentiation and cooperation among the migrant workers of different levels in China and further To explore the countermeasures of migrant workers’ protest behavior under the perspective of interest expression turns quite relevant enlightenment.
