研究不同干燥方法及季节变化对枸杞叶中绿原酸、槲皮素-3-O-槐糖甙、山柰酚-3-O-槐糖甙、枸杞甙Ⅰ(lyciumoside-Ⅰ)、枸杞甙Ⅱ和枸杞甙Ⅲ等水溶性成分的影响。 实验方法及材料:每个月(1~12月)的15日采集枸杞叶。取枸杞叶10g分别在阳光下、阴凉处、烘箱(60C)、微波炉(500W)、冷冻干燥器内干燥至2g左右。干燥时间分别为:阳光下5天.阴凉处7天,烘箱内2小时,微波炉内2分钟,冷冻干燥器内24小时。将每月15日采集的枸杞叶冷冻干燥,粉碎过60目筛。以绿原酸为标准品进行HPLC分
To study the effects of different drying methods and seasonal changes on chlorogenic acid, quercetin-3-O-carbohydrazin, kaempferol-3-O-carbofuran, lyciumoside-I, and triterpene in loquat leaves.
