用半同胞家系选择法对桂综 2号、墨黄 966两个热带种质玉米群体进行两轮改良后 ,选用 4个测验种进行 NC 设计 ,对改良群体籽粒产量的配合力 ,杂种优势变化进行分析的结果是 :桂综 2号、墨黄 966的籽粒产量平均每轮分别获得 7.55%、6.96%的增益 ;对一般配合力具有显著的改良效果 ,桂综 2号一般配合力效应从 C0 的 - 19.15增加到 C2 的 17.85,墨黄 966从 C0 的 - 16.38增加到 C2 的 2 0 .18。
After two rounds of improvement on two tropical germplasm maize populations with semi-sib family selection method, four test varieties were selected for NC design. The combining ability and heterosis of grain yield were improved The results showed that the grain yield of Gui comprehensive 2 and Mellow yellow 966 were 7.55% and 6.96% respectively on average. The general combining ability of Guixi No.2 was significantly improved from C0 - 19.15 increases to 17.85 for C2 and inks 966 increases from - 16.38 for C0 to 20.18 for C2.
