提出了一种基于声学测温的新的壁温监测方法,实现对电站锅炉水冷壁壁温的准确实时监测。对水冷壁壁温的声学监测进行了理论研究,开发了一套壁温在线监测系统。在电站锅炉声学监测实验台上进行了实验并与热电偶所测数据进行了对比。研究表明,声学法可以用于锅炉炉膛水冷壁壁温的实时监测,能够解决水冷壁局部超温准确在线监测难题。该系统能适应高温、腐蚀、多尘的恶劣环境,对结渣预警和智能吹灰具有指导意义。
A new method of wall temperature monitoring based on acoustic temperature measurement is proposed to realize the accurate and real-time monitoring of wall temperature of boiler water wall. A theoretical study on the acoustic monitoring of water wall temperature has been carried out and a set of wall temperature monitoring system has been developed. Experiments were carried out on the acoustic boiler monitoring station of the power plant and compared with the data measured by the thermocouple. The research shows that the acoustic method can be used for real-time monitoring of boiler wall water wall temperature and can solve the problem of accurate on-line monitoring of local over-temperature of water wall. The system can adapt to high temperature, corrosion, dusty harsh environment, slagging warning and intelligent soot blowing guidance.
