长期以来,内地西藏班校的德育工作取得了一定的成效。以往的德育工作较多的是对学生品德的外部塑造,对学生品德的内在的自我构建重视不足。我们要立足内地西藏班校学生的自身特点,针对当前传统德育存在的问题,教育者要转变角色,通过建立良好的人际关系,参与社会实践,加强个人修养等途径,引导内地西藏班校学生进行品德的自我建构。
For a long time, the moral education work in the Tibetan classes in the Mainland has yielded some success. In the past, more moral education was the external shaping of the students ’morality, and the lack of attention to the inner self-construction of the students’ morality. We should base ourselves on the characteristics of students in Tibetan classes in the interior of our country, aiming at the existing problems in traditional moral education. Educators should change their roles and guide students in the Tibetan classes in the interior through such measures as establishing good interpersonal relationships, participating in social practices and enhancing personal accomplishment Moral self-construction.
