泄泻是兽医临床常见病之一。其临床症状以腹泻为特征。主要原因是温胜和脾胃功能障碍所引起,一年四季均可发生,而以夏秋两季为多见。在临床实践中,因诊断失误造成患畜失治、误治的病例屡见不鲜。多年来采用“医圣”张仲景的经方,运用六经辨证的方法指导兽医临床,效如桴鼓,现简述于下。 一、脾虚泄泻 多因喂养失节,饥饱不均或草料质量低劣,造成脾胃失调,清浊不分,而成泄泻。发病缓慢,患畜体质渐瘦,喜卧懒动,毛焦膁吊,病初食欲如常。继则食欲减少以至废绝,水草不能腐熟运化,清浊不分,粪水齐下;鼻寒耳凉,肠呜如雷,
