“杠杆解”是国际管理大师彼得·圣吉在《第五项修炼》一书中所提到的一个概念,它指的是:在实际工作系统中,小而专注的行动,如果用对了地方,能够产生重大、持久的改善。在班级工作中,要将几十个来自不同家庭、性格各异的学生组成的群体,建设成为一个团结向上、朝气蓬勃的班集体,把一个个天真幼稚的儿童培养成有一定知识技能、较高思想觉悟和健康体魄的社会主义建设者,班主任工作确实是任重而道远。那么,使班主任在繁杂的班级工作中得心应手,富有成效的“杠杆解”是什么呢?
