随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立,报业“事业单位、企业化管理”运营机制的完善,报界渐渐从传统的“传者中心”向“受者中心”转变。作为直接衡量受众需求满意度的晴雨表——发行量,日益受到报界重视,大部分报社已把发行工作置于报业经营的龙头地位。显然,原计划经济体制下沿袭已久的发行观念和工作模式已不能适应新的形势。如何在市场经济中有效地开展党报发行工作,成为一个急需解决的新课题。
With the establishment of the socialist market economic system and the improvement of the operating mechanism of the newspaper industry, “institutions and enterprise management”, the press gradually shifted from the traditional “transmission center” to the “recipient center.” As a barometer of the satisfaction of audience demand directly, the circulation has been receiving more and more attention from the press, and most of the newspapers have put the distribution work in the leading position in the newspaper industry. Obviously, the concept of distribution and working model that has been followed for a long time in the original planned economy can no longer meet the new situation. How to effectively carry out the work of issuing party newspapers in the market economy has become a new topic that needs urgent solution.
