本文通过理论分析和实验发现,在界面翻转期间,对界面的良好控制是防止缺陷增生、生长完整晶体的一个重要措施.为此,设计出了一种简易的控制固液界面形状的程序控制系统,使用该系统有助于拉制高质量的YAG晶体.
