高职辅导员是学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是高职院校学生思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者和指导者。目前,大部分高职院校辅导员激励机制不够完善,无法调动辅导员的积极性。笔者以QD职业技术学院为例,从薪酬体系、考评体系、职业发展及心理需求四个方面分析高职院校辅导员激励普遍存在的问题,以期为高职辅导员激励机制的构建提供一定的理论基础和依据。
Higher vocational counselors are the backbone of students’ ideological and political education and the organizers and guides of the ideological and political education and management of students in higher vocational colleges. At present, the incentive mechanism of most counselors in higher vocational colleges is not perfect enough to mobilize the enthusiasm of the counselors. Taking QD Vocational and Technical College as an example, this paper analyzes the common problems of counselors’ incentives in higher vocational colleges from four aspects: salary system, appraisal system, career development and psychological needs, with a view to providing certain counselors incentive mechanism for higher vocational colleges Theoretical basis and basis.
