把认知行为矫正技术理论和高校大学生管理措施结合起来,特别是我院以艺术类生源为主的特点,在进行心理普查和反馈的基础上进行对比,根据艺术类大学生具备相对不同的心理特点,重点分析认知行为矫正技术在艺术类大学生心理健康的具体应用,为从事高校心理健康的工作人员提供有针对性和有效性的管理措施。
