近年来.随着岛内乡亲来祖国大陆经营餐饮业人士与日俱增.两岸美食交流日渐活跃。7月2日.由九州文化传播中心和中华国际美食艺术协会,(台湾)共同主办2008迎奥运海峡两岸美食艺术大赛在北京举行。本次大赛中来自岛内的118位高厨可谓名符其实的“高厨”.都是来自岛内四星.五星级饭店的总主厨或大厨,且大半从业都在二三十年以上。此次来到北京.他们向记者表示,希望藉由此次比赛同
