自从1979年引进自由主义经济思想后,中国的经济发生了巨大的变化。伴随着这些深刻变化,对人的管理过程有一个明显的转移,即从中央计划管理到人力资源管理这种新的形式。这种普及性的改变是在特殊的所有制企业和不同的地区开始一步一步安排发生的。特别需要指出的是,国有经济渐渐被外资经济所改造,没有活力的组织和不断的政府干预变成了历史的产物。
Since the introduction of liberal economic thinking in 1979, China’s economy has undergone tremendous changes. Accompanied by these profound changes, there is a clear shift to the process of human management, from a new form of central planning and management to human resources management. This universal change has begun to take place step by step in special ownership enterprises and in different regions. In particular, it should be pointed out that the state-owned economy is gradually being transformed by the foreign-funded economy, the vitality of the organization and continuous government intervention have become products of history.
