用密闭园简法,测定家蝇对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯、敌敌畏等4种常见卫生杀虫剂的KT_(50)。其值依序为:9.17min、4.28min、3.34min、2.06min。除敌敌畏外,其余3种杀虫剂的地区差别,均有显著意义。历年同法测定结果比较:溴氰菊酯KT_(50),1993年为5.37min,1998年为9.17min;高效氯氰菊酯KT_(50),1993年为1.17min,1998年为3.52min,5年后分别增长了1.7倍和3.0倍;敌敌畏KT_(50),1980年为33.11min,1998年为2.06min,18年后降低了16.1倍。
A closed garden method was used to determine KT_ (50) of four common insecticides, including deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, cyfluthrin and dichlorvos.
