女性扮演着家庭和社会双重角色,女性的成长离不开良好的家庭保障,因女性就业是获得经济基础的方式。从家庭保障与女性就业之间的互动关系进行研究,探讨家庭保障在女性就业中起到的积极作用。针对当前社会女性就业存在的困境,文章提出构建先进性别文化、承认家务劳动的经济价值、纳性别意识进入公共政策决策主流、建设共享家政平台,以此促使家庭保障与女性就业二者良性互动,实现双赢,保障好女性的生存和发展。 Women play a dual role in the family and in society.
