对A36钢在Gleeble-1500D热模拟机上进行快速回火处理与普通回火处理,测定低温冲击韧度;用JEM2100透射电镜观察组织变化和碳化物的分布,研究A36钢快速回火是否可以取代传统回火工艺。结果表明:高温快速回火与传统回火的组织基本一致,且快速回火40 s后的A36钢中的碳化物细小,分布也很均匀,综合力学性能最好。
A36 steel on the Gleeble-1500D thermal simulator fast tempering and tempering, the determination of low temperature impact toughness; using JEM2100 transmission electron microscopy and tissue distribution of carbide distribution, A36 steel rapid tempering can replace the traditional Tempering process. The results show that the microstructures of the high temperature rapid tempering are basically the same as those of the traditional tempering. The carbides in the A36 steel after rapid tempering for 40 s are fine and distributed uniformly and have the best comprehensive mechanical properties.
