对美国、俄罗斯、以色列及世界其他主要国家的弹道导弹防御系统的发展现状进行了分析。可以看出,在技术推动下,弹道导弹防御系统呈现出动能化与实战化、反导与防空一体化、小型化与快速化、新概念化与多层化的发展特征。结合作战流程,初步探讨了多传感器资源智能协同规划技术、海量多源信息融合技术、高精度实时作战辅助决策技术等弹道导弹防御系统关键技术基本内涵与解决途径。
The development of the ballistic missile defense system in the United States, Russia, Israel and other major countries in the world is analyzed. It can be seen that with technology promotion, the ballistic missile defense system has shown the development features of kinetic energy and actual combat, anti-missile and air defense integration, miniaturization and rapidization, new conceptualization and multi-layerization. Combining with the operational process, the basic connotation and solution to the key technologies of ballistic missile defense system such as multi-sensor resource intelligent collaborative planning technology, massively multi-source information fusion technology and high-precision real-time combat aided decision-making technology are discussed.
