众所周知,发动机在诸多汽配零部件中被视为汽车的心脏。长期、稳定地制造出高质量的发动机,是各发动机厂追求的永恒目标;运用统计过程控制(Statistical Process Control,SPC)技术持续对发动机及其零部件的关键、重要质量特性进行过程监控,对稳定发动机制造质量至关重要。但实践中,SPC普遍存在有效运行困难、无法连续监控过程质量动态而最终流于形式的问题。
As we all know, the engine in many auto parts is considered the heart of the car. Long-term and stable manufacture of high-quality engines is the eternal goal pursued by various engine manufacturers. Continuous monitoring of the key and important quality characteristics of engines and their components by using Statistical Process Control (SPC) Stabilizing the engine manufacturing quality is crucial. However, in practice, SPC generally has problems of effective operation, which can not continuously monitor the process quality and eventually become a formal problem.
