想尽办法提升商品的毛利率、降低各类成本,一直以来都是药品零售企业着力解决的一大课题。然而,基于各类市场考虑以及管理能力的问题,药店所经营的商品也经常出现毛利为负的现象。如何合理控制负毛利商品的数量?如何对其进行陈列、促销?如何弥补由于经营此类产品带来的损失?一线人员在销售过程中又是持何种态度?为了切实了解这些情况,《中国药店》对全国主要大中城市的药店工作人员进行了问卷调查。
Trying to improve the gross profit margin of products and reducing various types of costs has always been a major issue that drug retailers are trying to solve. However, based on various market considerations and managerial capabilities, the commodities run by pharmacies often show negative gross margins. How to control the amount of negative margin products? How to display and promote them? How to make up for the losses caused by the operation of such products? What is the attitude of front-line staff in the sales process? To understand these facts, “China Pharmacy ”on the major cities in the country pharmacy staff conducted a questionnaire survey.
