传统的教学模式,老师是教学的主体,学生只是知识被动的接受者。这种教学模式的重大弊端,就在于“灌输”二字。学生只是被动地接受知识,易于枯燥、死板,进而导致不专注、厌学。经常出现老师在讲台上讲得慷慨激昂,学生在下面打瞌睡,或东张西望的场面。“导学制”的基本理念:学生为主体,老师为主导,教师促使学生带着问题进行“研究性学习”。传统教学模式是“教师中心论”。代表人物是德国教育家赫尔巴特。其特点是教师口授、板书,学生耳听、笔记。
The traditional teaching model, the teacher is the main teaching, students are passive recipients of knowledge. The major drawback of this teaching mode lies in the word “indoctrination”. Students just passively accept knowledge, easy to boring, rigid, which led to not concentrate, tired of learning. Frequently, teachers are impassioned at the podium, students doze off, or look around. “Guide system ” the basic idea: the student as the main body, the teacher is leading, the teacher impels the student to carry on the question “research study ”. The traditional teaching mode is “teacher-centered theory ”. The representative is German educator Herbart. It is characterized by teacher dictation, blackboard, students listen, notes.
