目的探讨脐动脉收缩期血流峰值 (S)与舒张末期血流速度 (D)的比值 (S/D)对预测胎儿宫内缺氧的临床价值。方法应用多普勒测定 2 38例待产孕妇的脐动脉血流速度 ,据S/D值分为正常组 (S/D <3)和异常组(S/D≥ 3) ,对两组的胎儿宫内缺氧情况进行比较分析。结果异常组的羊水粪染、羊水过少、脐带异常、新生儿窒息及胎儿宫内发育迟缓的发生率较正常组明显增高 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论脐动脉S/D值的测定可帮助了解胎儿在宫内缺氧的程度 ,是一种值得推广的无创伤性胎儿监护方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of the ratio of peak systolic blood flow (S) to end diastolic flow velocity (D) of umbilical artery (S / D) in predicting intrauterine hypoxia. Methods Doppler was used to measure the blood flow velocity of umbilical artery in 238 pregnant women who were to be given birth. According to the S / D value, they were divided into normal group (S / D <3) and abnormal group (S / D≥3) Intrauterine hypoxia comparative analysis. Results In the abnormal group, the incidence of meconium-stained amniotic fluid, oligohydramnios, abnormal umbilical cord, neonatal asphyxia and intrauterine growth retardation were significantly higher than those in normal group (P <0.05). Conclusion The determination of S / D value of umbilical artery can help to understand the degree of intrauterine fetal hypoxia and is a worthy promotion of noninvasive fetal monitoring.
