胚胎干细胞是一种存在于着床前早期胚胎中具有发育全能性的细胞 ,可在体外培养、传代并保持其全能性。在一定条件下 ,胚胎干细胞可发育成各种细胞 ,包括心肌细胞。胚胎干细胞试验就是利用胚胎干细胞在体外分化成心肌细胞的能力来检测受试物的胚胎毒性、致畸性 ,并对其进行评价。本文介绍了目前已建立的胚胎干细胞试验的主要实验方法及应用情况
Embryonic stem cells are cells that have developmental pluripotency that exist in the preimplantation embryo and can be cultured, passaged, and maintained in vitro in a pluripotent manner.
