森工企业工资制度的改革,必须体现按劳分配原则,克服平均主义,实现奖勤罚懒,达到充分调动职工积极性、提高经济效益的目的。森工企业现行的工资制度有许多弊病,其主要弊端一是平均主义,二是“铁饭碗”,三是工资标准繁多,四是工资区类别和林区津贴标准不合理,五是上级机关统得过死,企业无处理工资和晋级权。据此,工资制度改革的主要任务应该是:一要彻底克服平均主义,使职工的劳动报酬与他们的劳动成果直接挂钩,真正体现按劳分配。二是打破“铁饭碗”,使职工的劳动报酬能随着职工个人劳动贡献的大
