《中华人民共和国村民委员会组织法》颁布实施以来,中国式的草根民主被视为中国当下最有活力的一种民主实践,受到国内外广泛好评。村民自治被越来越多人认同的今天,村民参与民主自治的热情日益深入人心,而传统的集体经济产权制度改革却蹒跚不前。日益进步的基层民主与集体经济产权制度改革不能同步进行,“单腿”前行中,必定出现“羁绊”…… Since the promulgation and implementation of the Organic Law of the Villagers’ Committee of the People’s Republic of China, Chinese-style grassroots democracy has been regarded as one of the most dynamic democratic practices in China and widely praised at home and abroad.
