目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定芩山莨菪碱乳膏中黄芩苷的含量。以控制该制剂的质量。方法:以C_(18)化学键合硅胶柱分离黄芩苷。以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(50∶50∶1)为流动相,检测波长为274 nm。结果:黄芩苷在0.25~2.50μg范围内。进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。平均加样回收率为98.9%(RSD为0.73%,n=6);结论:本法测定芩山莨菪碱乳膏中黄芩苷的含量,结果准确,重复性好。
Objective: To determine the content of baicalin in quercetin cream by high performance liquid chromatography. To control the quality of the formulation. Methods: Baicalin was separated on a C_(18) chemically bonded silica gel column. The mobile phase was methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (50:50:1) and the detection wavelength was 274 nm. Results: Baicalin was in the range of 0.25 to 2.50 μg. The injection volume and peak area showed a good linear relationship. The average recovery rate was 98.9% (RSD was 0.73%, n=6); Conclusion: This method is to determine the content of baicalin in the cream of behenbine, with accurate results and good repeatability.
