目的 :了解杨浦区小学生现时膳食和营养状况 ,为以后改善学生膳食结构提供科学依据。方法 :采用膳食调查和体格检查的方法。结果 :平均每人每日热能、蛋白质、铁、硒、维生素E、维生素B2 、维生素C、维生素PP的摄入量达到RDA ,但维生素A、维生素B1 和钙摄入量不足 ,脂肪摄入量偏高 ,而碳水化合物偏低。学生营养不良率为 2 1 .2 1 % ,肥胖率为 1 2 .1 6 % (男生高达 1 5 .77% ) ,学生贫血率为 1 7.2 2 % ,上午第三节课后血糖平均浓度为 4 .74± 0 .41mmol/L。结论 :应加强小学生膳食营养和营养状况的监测 ,改善学生的营养状况 ,实行平衡膳食 ,合理营养的教育。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the current dietary and nutritional status of pupils in Yangpu District and to provide a scientific basis for improving the dietary structure of students in the future.
