采用苯甲醇作为低温染色载体,对涤纶进行分散荧光染料低温染色和抗紫外线一浴加工.讨论了苯甲醇、染料、紫外线吸收剂和分散剂用量,以及染色温度、时间等对涤纶织物染色K/S值和抗紫外线性能的影响.结果表明:苯甲醇可用于涤纶荧光染料染色和抗紫外线一浴低温加工.优化的一浴法工艺为:染料1%(omf),苯甲醇20 mL/L(分散荧光黄10GN)或50 mL/L(分散荧光红R-G),紫外线吸收剂HLF 5% (omf),100℃保温60 min.染色织物可获得优良的耐洗和耐摩擦色牢度,经30次洗涤后,织物依然具有优良的紫外线防护性能.“,”One bath low temperature disperse fluorescent dyeing and anti-UV finishing of polyester fabric is carried out using benzyl alcohol as carrier.The effects of the dosages of benzyl alcohol,dyes,UV absorber and dispersant,as well as dyeing temperature and time on the K/S value and ultraviolet resistance of polyester fabric are studied.The results show that benzyl alcohol can be used for low temperature disperse fluorescent dyeing and anti-UV finishing of polyester fabrics in one bath.The optimal process is:1%(omf) of disperse dye,benzyl alcohol 20 mL/L (Disperse Fluorescent Yellow 10GN) or 50 mL/L (Disperse Fluorescent Red R-G),5% of UV absorber HLF,treating at 100 ℃ for 60 min.The dyed fabric has excellent color fastness to washing and rubbing,as well as durable UV protective properties even after 30 washings.
