我室自1981年以来,应用放射免疫(简称放免,RIA)国产试剂盒测定血清皮质醇含量,对有关肾上腺皮质功能的诊断起到了很好的作用,现兹小结如下。资料与方法共检测434例,正常组60人(男28人,女32人),单纯性肥胖98人(男38人,女60人),皮肤功能亢进症50人(男14人,女36人,)皮质功能减退症30人(男7人,女23人),其它196人。一、测定方法:按药盒说明书进行,对方法学进行鉴定。 1.准确性:平均回收率为96.5％。 2.灵敏度:最小检测值1μg/dl。 3.精密度:批内和批间变异数(cv％)分别为4.8％、10.2％。二、临床应用
