本文比较了每周一次每次800cGy连续4周和每周5次,每次200cGy连续6周放疗对荷B16a黑色素瘤小鼠肺转移和自然杀伤细胞活性的影响。实验用8~10周龄C_(57)BL/6J雄性小鼠。在小鼠左后肢膝上方部位接种5×10~5个/0.1ml活的B16a肿瘤细胞;接种后7天,瘤直径平均8~10mm时,将荷瘤鼠随机分组。分组后对肿瘤部位进行X线局部照射。将荷瘤鼠随机分为三组:(1)假照射对照组;(2)每周5次,每次200cGy,照射6周;(3)每周一次800cGy,照射4周。接种后47天,每组各10只鼠,观察存活时间。另各处死30只,观
This article compares the effects of weekly radiotherapy with 800 cGy for 4 weeks and 5 times per week for 200 cGy for 6 consecutive weeks on lung metastasis and natural killer cell activity in B16a-bearing melanoma mice. 8 to 10 weeks old C_(57)BL/6J male mice were used for the experiment. The mice were inoculated with 5×10~5/0.1 ml live B16a tumor cells in the upper part of the knee of the left posterior limb of the mice; 7 days after the inoculation, the tumors were averagely 8-10 mm in diameter, and the mice were randomly divided into groups. After grouping, X-ray local irradiation was performed on the tumor site. The tumor-bearing mice were randomly divided into three groups: (1) sham irradiation control group; (2) 200 cGy 5 times a week for 6 weeks; (3) 800 cGy once a week for 4 weeks. At day 47 after inoculation, 10 mice in each group were observed for survival. Another 30 died each other.
