随着牙鲆工厂化养殖及海水网箱养殖规模的不断扩大,各种疾病开始频繁发生,其中以牙鲆腹水病的危害最为严重,该病从苗种到成鱼均有发生,死亡率可达50%-80%,而且尚无有效的治疗方法,因此,给养殖者造成巨大经济损失。根据国内外研究发现,牙鲆鱼腹水病的病原菌为迟钝爱得华氏菌和嗜水气单胞菌。本研究系统地完成了病原菌的分离、纯化、人工感染、生理生化测定,同时,进行了药敏试验及防治试验,在理论上为牙鲆疾病的研究奠定了基础,在实践中为大规模养殖牙鲆提供了比较有效的防治方法。

In practice, Flounder provides a more effective method of prevention and treatment.
