目的:通过对78例子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜下诊治的临床分析,探讨宫腔镜诊断及治疗子宫内膜息肉的价值。方法:对2013年4月—2015年7月我院宫腔镜检查并经病检结果证实为子宫内膜息肉的78例临床资料进行分析。结果:96.7%患者均经宫腔镜检查确诊子宫内膜息肉,78例患者均完成子宫内膜息肉的治疗,无手术并发症发生。结论:通过宫腔镜检及定位下搔刮或活检钳对子宫内膜息肉患者的诊断和治疗安全、有效。 Objective: To evaluate the value of hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of endometrial polyps by the clinical analysis of hysteroscopy in 78 cases of endometrial polyps. Methods: From April 2013 to July 2015, 78 cases of endometrial polyps confirmed by hysteroscopy in our hospital and confirmed by pathological examination were analyzed. Results: 96.7% of patients were confirmed by hysteroscopy, endometrial polyps, 78 patients completed the treatment of endometrial polyps, no complications occurred. Conclusion: It is safe and effective to diagnose and treat patients with endometrial polyps through hysteroscopy and positioning scraping or biopsy forceps.
