[目的]探讨淄博市人、畜间布鲁氏菌病(布病)疫情特征与流行趋势,为指导布病防治工作提供参考依据。[方法]对淄博市1954～2011年人间布病疫情报告资料和人、畜间感染情况调查、畜间主动免疫等相关资料进行分析。[结果]淄博市1954～2011年有37年报告布病疫情,累计报告380例病人,年均发病率为0.2512/10万,分布在全市8个县(区)的56个乡镇、118个村,张店区30例(含高新区3例),分布在7个乡镇的12个村;淄川区157例,博山区22例,临淄区55例,周村区28例,桓台县48例,沂源县28例,高青县12例。1954～1988年仅14年有疫情,合计94例;1989～2011年每年均有疫情发生,合计283例,2011年发病数最多(45例)。1958～2011年累计检测140 154只(头)牲畜,布病抗体阳性1 162只(头),阳性率为0.83%;累计免疫接种羊只88.4 9万只(头),其中29年未开展免疫接种工作。[结论]淄博市布病疫情自上世纪70年代以来逐年下降,70年代末至80年代有11年无病例报告,布病疫情降至历史最低水平,1989年以来疫情呈现上升趋势,病例数逐年增加,疫区范围不断扩大。
[Objective] To explore the epidemic characteristics and epidemic trend of brucellosis (brucellosis) among people and livestock in Zibo city and provide reference for the prevention and control of brucellosis. [Method] The data of human brucellosis epidemic in Zibo from 1954 to 2011, the investigation of the infection status of human beings and animals and the active immunity of domestic animals were analyzed. [Results] There were 37 cases of brucellosis reported from 1954 to 2011 in Zibo City. A total of 380 cases were reported, with an average annual incidence of 0.2512 / 100 000, distributed in 56 townships and 118 villages in 8 counties (districts) , Zhangdian District 30 cases (including 3 high-tech zones), distributed in 7 towns and 12 villages; 157 cases of Zichuan District, Boshan District 22 cases, Linzi District 55 cases, Zhoucun District 28 cases, Huantai 48 For example, 28 cases of Yiyuan County, 12 cases of Gaoqing County. There were only 14 outbreaks in 1954-1988, a total of 94 cases. From 1989 to 2011, an epidemic occurred every year, with a total of 283 cases and the highest incidence was in 2011 (45 cases). From 1958 to 2011, a total of 140 154 animals (head) were screened, and 1 162 animals were positive for brucellosis (positive), with a positive rate of 0.83%. A total of 888.49 million sheep were vaccinated, of which 29 were uninjured Vaccination. [Conclusion] The epidemic situation of brucellosis in Zibo City has been decreasing since the 1970s. There was no case report in 11 years from the late 1970s to the 1980s. The outbreak of brucellosis has dropped to the lowest level in history. The epidemic situation has been on the rise since 1989, Increase the scope of epidemic continues to expand.
