目的建立毛冬青中毛冬青苷元A的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Kromasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈与0.1%磷酸,梯度洗脱;流速为1 mL/min;检测波长:210 nm。结果毛冬青苷元A在1.026~20.520μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.17%,RSD=1.68%,毛冬青苷元A在毛冬青根、茎、叶均有分布。结论本方法准确、简便、重现性好,适用于测定毛冬青中毛冬青苷元A的含量。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of Mao dong Qing A yuan element A content. Methods The HPLC method was used. The chromatographic column was Kromasil C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1 mL / min. The detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results Mao dong Qing A yuan element A in the range of 1.026 ~ 20.520μg good linear relationship, r = 0.999 9, the average recovery was 99.17%, RSD = 1.68%, wool hollyin A in root, stem and leaf distribution . Conclusion The method is accurate, simple and reproducible. It is suitable for the determination of Mao Dong Qing Mao Aidin A content.
