本文介绍了汽车万向节十字头分模模缎的实验与研究工作。着重阐述了十字头锻件在可分凹模中挤压成形时金属的流动规律;分析了模具形状、尺寸和其它工艺参数对缎件成形的影响;探求了挤压力及合模力的计算方法,并与实测数据作了对比。以期为进一步研究和推广这一先进工艺提供经验和科学依据。
This paper introduces the experimental and research work of automobile universal joint cross head mold satin. The flow rule of the crosshead forging when it is squeezed in the split die is emphatically elaborated. The influence of the die shape, the size and other process parameters on the forming of the satin is analyzed. The calculation method of the squeezing force and the clamping force is explored , And compared with the measured data. With a view to providing further experience and scientific basis for further research and promotion of this advanced technology.
