以‘妙香7号’草莓匍匐茎茎尖为试材,研究不同植物生长调节剂浓度组合对草莓茎尖不定芽萌发、增殖和生根的影响,并对组培苗的产量、果实品质等进行评价。结果表明:适宜‘妙香7号’茎尖芽诱导培养基为MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,增殖培养基为MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA+0.05 mg/L GA_3,生根培养基为1/2MS+0.4 mg/L IBA;组培苗比自繁苗的田间繁殖系数提高58.50%,667 m~2产量增加24.49%,果实可溶性糖含量提高22.70%,可滴定酸含量稍微下降,维生素C含量提高16.76%。
The effect of different combinations of plant growth regulators on the germination, proliferation and rooting of adventitious buds of strawberry shoots was studied with ’Moxiang 7’ straw stalk stem shoots as the test material, and the yield and fruit quality of the tissue culture shoots were evaluated. The results showed that the optimum culture medium for Miao Xiang 7 was MS + 0.5 mg / L 6-BA + 0.1 mg / L NAA and the proliferation medium was MS + 0.5 mg / L 6-BA + 0.1 mg / L NAA + 0.05 mg / L GA_3, and rooting medium was 1 / 2MS + 0.4 mg / L IBA.
