目的:探讨口腔正畸改建术对患者血清β-EP、5-HT影响及康复新液对治疗后牙痛的疗效。方法:选取本院2014年4月—2015年6月确诊为错颌畸形并进行症畸改建的患者68例,随机分为对照组34例,予正畸改建术;实验组34例予正畸改建术同时予康复新液,连续观察2个月。比较两组患者正畸改建术前后血清β-EP、5-HT的水平及康复新液对治疗后牙痛的疗效。结果:与治疗前比较,两组患者正畸改建后血清中β-EP水平较低(P<0.05),5-HT水平较高(P<0.05)。经2个月治疗后与对照组比较,实验组患者的I级牙痛率明显高于对照组,II级、III级牙痛率明显低于对照组,临床痊愈率、总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:正畸改建术后牙痛能够明显降低患者血清中β-EP水平,升高5-HT水平,康复新液能够降低患者牙痛程度,提高临床疗效,且不良反应轻微,对正畸改建患者具有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the effect of oral orthodontics on serum β-EP and 5-HT in patients with orthodontics and the effect of Kangfuxin on post-treatment toothache. Methods: A total of 68 patients with maxillae deformity and orthopedic reconstruction admitted to our hospital from April 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into control group (n = 34) and orthodontics (n = 34). The experimental group (n = 34) Reconstruction at the same time to rehabilitation of new liquid, continuous observation of 2 months. The levels of serum β-EP and 5-HT before and after orthodontic reconstruction in both groups were compared, and the therapeutic effect of Kangfuxin solution on toothache after treatment was compared. Results: Compared with those before treatment, serum β-EP level was lower (P <0.05) and the level of 5-HT was higher (P <0.05). After 2 months of treatment compared with the control group, the experimental group of patients with grade I toothache rate was significantly higher than the control group, grade II, III toothache rate was significantly lower than the control group, the clinical cure rate, the total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Orthodontics can significantly reduce the level of β-EP in serum and increase the level of 5-HT in patients with orthodontics. Kangfuxin solution can reduce the degree of toothache and improve the clinical curative effect with mild adverse reactions. Significance.
