目的:建立微波消解-火焰原子吸收法测定聚氯化铝中氧化铝的方法。方法:样品经HCl-H2O2微波消解后,添加水溶性有机化合物2-吡啶甲酸作增感剂,用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收法测定聚氯化铝中氧化铝。结果:经微波消解后的样品溶液中添加2-吡啶甲酸可使铝的测定灵敏度提高10倍,铝的含量在0.02 g/L~1.50 g/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.9992,检出限为0.02 g/L,样品加标回收率为95.6%~100.8%,RSD为2.0%(液体聚氯化铝)、2.9%(固体聚氯化铝)。结论:本方法精密度和准确度较好,使用化学试剂较少,污染较少,空白值低,定量测定准确,完全满足样品检测的要求。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of alumina in polyaluminum chloride by microwave digestion - flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: The samples were digested with HCl-H2O2, and the water-soluble organic compound 2-picolinic acid was added as the sensitizer to determine the alumina in polyaluminum chloride by air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: The results showed that the addition of 2-picolinic acid to the sample solution after microwave digestion increased the sensitivity of aluminum by 10-fold. The linear range of the content of aluminum was 0.02 g / L ~ 1.50 g / L with the correlation coefficient of 0.9992. The detection limit was 0.02 g / L. The spiked recoveries were 95.6% ~ 100.8%. The RSD was 2.0% (liquid polyaluminum chloride) and 2.9% (solid polyaluminum chloride). Conclusion: The method has good precision and accuracy, less chemical reagents, less pollution, low blank value, accurate quantitative determination and fully meets the requirements of sample testing.
