本文描述了铝合金熔体在压力驱动下浸渗不同几何形貌强化相过程中的微观流动行为 ;提出了在挤压条件下 ,熔体在强化相预成形块间隙中单向浸渗的流体动力学模型并阐述了浸渗过程的动力学特征。讨论了压力在熔体浸渗强化相间隙过程中的影响 ;阐述了熔体微观流动对熔体动态浸渗强化相间隙及浸渗质量的影响。
In this paper, the microscopic flow behavior of aluminum alloy melt infiltrated by different geometrical shapes under the pressure is discussed. The fluid which is unidirectionally infiltrated by the melt in the gap of the pre-formed strengthening phase under the extrusion condition Kinetic model and expounds the kinetic characteristics of infiltration process. The effect of pressure on the phase gap during melt infiltration and the effect of infiltration quality are discussed.
