为探讨劳损愈贴膜的抗炎镇痛活血作用 ,分别取健康昆明种小鼠和 Wistar大鼠随机均分为 4组 ,即赋形剂对照组、阳性对照组和劳损愈贴膜高、低剂量组 ,分别外用 30 %乙醇、麝香壮骨止痛膏、劳损愈贴膜高剂量 (每公斤含生药 15 .5 0 g)、低剂量 (每公斤含生药 7.75 g)。采用了小鼠二甲苯耳廓肿胀法、大鼠足跖蛋清肿胀法、小鼠醋酸扭体法、小鼠热板法、小鼠腹腔血瘀证模型羊红细胞测定法等进行实验观察。结果显示 ,劳损愈贴膜高剂量对小鼠耳廓二甲苯所致肿胀具有明显抑制作用 ;高、低剂量均对蛋清诱导的大鼠足跖炎症具有较好的抑制作用 ,对醋酸诱导的小鼠扭体反应为指标的疼痛具有明显抑制作用 ,对热板法致痛具有明显抑制作用 ;可明显促进血瘀证模型体内羊红细胞的吸收 ,具有良好的活血化瘀作用。表明劳损愈贴膜具有良好的抗炎镇痛和活血化瘀作用
In order to explore the anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and analgesic effects of strained wound healing films, healthy Kunming mice and Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups: vehicle control group, positive control group, and high- and low-dose group. , The topical use of 30% ethanol, Zhixiang Zhuanggu Zhitong ointment, strained Yugao film high dose (15.50 g per kilogram of crude drug), low dose (7.75 g per kilogram of crude drug). The results showed that high doses of strain-healing films had a significant inhibitory effect on xylene-induced swelling in mice’s ears; both high and low doses had a good inhibitory effect on the inflammation of the paws of rats induced by egg white. The writhing response is an indicator of pain with a significant inhibitory effect, and has a significant inhibitory effect on pain caused by the hot plate method; it can significantly promote the absorption of sheep red blood cells in a blood stasis syndrome model, and has a good blood circulation effect. It is indicated that the strained film has good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects and blood circulation.
